The Van Gent CE nest series are equipped with an automatic expulsion system, which ensures that the hens are removed periodically from the nest. This prevents fouled nest and broody hens. The nests are free of draught because of the use of an air tunnel. The nests are made of high quality materials. Different depths and formations are possible. Depending on your house and needs: the laying nests are available in ½ row (wall-formation), 1 and 2 tiers. When necessary the nests are also deliverable with available living area. Optional delivered with plastic side walls: Easy and fast installation in combination with a unique shift and slide system. One depth available. |

The Van Gent CM nest series are equipped with a lifting floor system, which ensures that the hens are removed periodically from the nest. This prevents fouled nest and broody hens. The large family nest is perfectly built for houses with a high density of birds and suitable for both layers and breeders. The nests are made of high quality materials. Different formations are possible. Depending on your house and needs: the laying nests are available in ½ row (wall-formation), 1 and 2 tiers. One depth available. Optional available with a living area on top of the nest. |

The wooden slats are made of high grade hardwood. All edges are rounded and planed and the components are secured by stainless steel staples. Standard dimension 1,20x1,00m. Other dimensions available on request. Optional available with integrated perches. |

 | Plastic slats
The plastic slatted flooring is made of high quality polypropylene. The slat has the following characteristics: open construction which provides a good grip for the birds and a high manure fall through. The special design makes sure the birds feel comfortable onto the slats, which leads to better results. The slats panels have a standard dimension of 0.98x0.625m. The slats are available in 2 standard colors: white and brown, other colors on request. |
